Leadership Development Committee

Members of the temple who have participated with committees, have a “can do” attitude and have expressed an interest in “doing more” for the temple are invited to participate in a 4-week training program designed to strengthen their overall knowledge and commitment to United Hebrew.  During the course of the program, participants will learn the rich history of United Hebrew, the factors involved with moving from its original location on Skinker Boulevard to our present location, understand the special hidden meanings of our stained glass windows, explore the history of the Reform Judaism Movement, learn about the balancing act of providing many types of services to our members while maintaining a budget, and explore the untapped potential of new leaders to guide our synagogue through the next generations.
