The Saul Spielberg Early Childhood Center of United Hebrew Congregation serves children from ages 7 months through 5 years. We offer a parent/child class, half-day or full-day with the option of 3 or 5 day classes for ages 18 months to age 5, optional afternoon programs for half-day classes, a movement class for pre-kindergartens, Early Morning Drop Off, and a morning Kids Day Out. It is our goal to provide a warm and loving developmental environment that includes many opportunities for socialization, exploration, and creativity through a curriculum designed to meet your child’s intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs.
Each child is seen as a unique individual who learns and develops at his or her own pace. Our experienced, loving teaching staff provides curriculum that integrates developmentally appropriate Judaic and secular experiences while exciting and challenging young minds. The teachers also aid in developing the social emotional skills of the children in order for them to become successful in verbalizing their needs.
We encourage a close relationship between our children, their families, and our staff and provide many opportunities for family involvement. Our rabbis are also actively involved in our program. Entering preschool for the first time is an exciting and significant experience.
