Get Out The Vote

Get Out the Vote

This Jewish new year coincides with an election year. It is our responsibility as US citizens to make our voices heard by voting.

Voter Registration

The first step is to make sure you are registered to vote. Here is the link for the Missouri Secretary of State’s website to check your voter registration:

If you are not registered to vote, you have until July 10, 2024 to register to vote in the Primary Election on August 6, 2024, and you have until October 9, 2024 to register to vote in the General Election on November 5, 2024. You can register online or by mail. Mailed forms must be postmarked by (the fourth Wednesday before the election date) July 10, 2024 for the Primary Election, or October 9, 2024 for the General Election.

Request an Absentee Ballot

You can vote in person or request an absentee ballot. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is (the second Wednesday prior to any election) July 24, 2024 for the Primary Election, or October 23, 2024 for the General Election. Ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on election day. Ballots may be returned in person or by mail.
