Saturdays, April 10 – May 15 at 3:30 p.m. on Zoom
For hundreds of years it has been customary to study Pirket Avot, Ethics of the Fathers, between Passover and Shavuot. Pirket Avot is the only section in the Talmud that has no commentary attached to it. Each time we study Pirket Avot we revisit and refresh its teachings. Everyone reads the words differently and shares them with each other. Please join Cantor Eichaker for exciting study and conversation centered around Pirket Avot, Ethics of the Fathers.

5:30 p.m. (CDT) – Standing at Sinai: A Tikkun Leil Shavuot Across the East Coast
Join with communities across the East Coast (and United Hebrew) for prayer and learning in celebration of Shavuot. We will begin together at 5:30 p.m. (CDT) to set an intention and participate in the recitation of the 10 Commandments. Following our opening session, each person will have the option to choose from a number of different learning sessions, with multiple opportunities available for each hour, beginning at 6:30 p.m. (CDT)and concluding at 10:30 p.m. (CDT) Join for one session or all, learn from your own clergy or meet new friends, and enjoy as we stand at Sinai together.
