Weekly Meals from UH Catering
UH Catering is preparing weekly meals for takeaway or delivery if you are unable to leave your home.
NEW: You can now order as many as you want of each meal. You do not have to purchase all five meals for the week. (3 meal order minimum)
The orders will be available to pick up, or delivery when necessary, on Mondays.
Week of June 1
Pick Up: Monday, June 1 between 1 – 5 p.m.
Reservation due: Thursday, May 28
- Oven fried chicken, glazed carrots, potato and leek casserole
- Spaghetti with meatballs and garlic knots
- Spring pasta primavera in lemon sauce
- Tuna cakes, peas and latkes
- Brisket, kasha and bow tie pasta and seasoned green beans
Week of June 8
Pick Up: Monday, June 8 between 1 – 5 p.m.
Reservation due: Thursday, June 4
- Chicken enchilada casserole w/corn salsa and refried beans
- White mac ‘n’ cheese with fish sticks and tomato and green bean salad
- Spring pilaf with poached salmon
- Chicken in lime marinade, herb potato salad and fruit
- Meatloaf with mashed potato balls and diced carrots
