11th Annual Shabbat St. Louis
Saturday, April 20
9:30 a.m. – Torah Study
10:30 a.m. – Service
Passover Kiddush to follow

Experience Shabbat worship in a whole new way! The Reform and Reconstructionist congregations of St. Louis will come together for a unique, musical, lay-led Shabbat of Passover service on Saturday, April 20.

Our congregation is a sponsor and participant in Shabbat St. Louis, hosted this year by Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Rd. in Creve Coeur. All generations are welcome and encouraged to attend. The service will be sign language interpreted.

The morning will begin at 9:30 a.m. with Torah learning led by community Rabbis and Cantors. The service will follow at 10:30 a.m. and will be led by adults and youth representing congregations Shaare Emeth, Shir Hadash Reconstructionist Community, Temple Emanuel, Temple Israel-Godfrey, IL, Temple Israel-St. Louis, and United Hebrew, and the Saul Mirowitz Jewish Community School. A Passover Kiddush will take place after the service.
Shabbat St. Louis is known for its spirited music, led this year by Samantha Thal, a community choir directed by Cantor Patrice Kaplan, and the band HaShemesh.

Please help us feed those in need by bringing donations of non-perishable food item for the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry.

Shabbat St. Louis is made possible through the generosity of our community and congregational sponsors and with the guidance and support of our clergy.
