We don’t like to talk about death, but it is a reality of life.  With that thought in mind, we put together a series on “Death and Dying” that begins in early May.  Not an easy topic for any of us, but an important one.  In this    series, the goal is to help you explore what Judaism says about death and dying, learn about Jewish funeral and mourning customs, hear about funeral planning and the benefits of pre-planning, and to learn about the Jewish cemeteries in town.  Each of these sessions is meant to stand on its own, however, we encourage you to attend all of them or as many as you can.
