October 16, 2019, 7:45 am - 2:30 pm
United Hebrew, Shaare Emeth, Temple Israel & Temple Emanuel present:
Jewish Seniors On the Move
Join The Jewish Seniors on the Move for a tour of the newly remodeled Museum at the Gateway Arch. Featuring 201 years of history within six themed exhibit areas, this innovative and interactive museum celebrates America’s pioneering spirit and explains the westward expansion of the United States with an emphasis on St. Louis’ role in that era. We will also see a movie documenting the building of the arch.
*Please note that there will be a lot of walking due to the location of the museum as well as airport-style security to enter.
Lunch will follow at Cardinals Nation. At the restaurant, you will have the choice between three entrees; Sesame Seared Salmon, Tuscan Garlic Chicken and their Home Run Mac and Cheese. Your choice of one side, beverage and dessert are included. You do not need to let us know in advance what entree you would like.
When: Wednesday, October 16, 7:45 am – 2:30 pm
Meeting Spot: Congregation Temple Israel at 8:15 a.m. (buses depart at 8:15 am)
