United Hebrew, Shaare Emeth & Temple Israel present:
Jewish Seniors On the Move

Active St. Louis Jewish seniors will enjoy day trips, tours, food and friends while exploring St. Louis!

Join us at United Hebrew Congregation for breakfast and then a tour of The National Blues Museum. The National Blues Museum, which opened in downtown St. Louis in April of 2016, explores the Blues and celebrates the genre as the foundation of all modern American music. The facility educates guests in an entertaining environment that includes high impact technology driven experiences, a state-of-the-art theater, artifact-driven exhibits and robust public programming.

Following our tour, we will return to United Hebrew Congregation to celebrate Chanukah with a lighting of the menorah and tasty latkes and sufganiyot (donuts).

All food, admission to the museum and transportation are included in the cost.

When: Wednesday, December 28, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

Meeting Spot: United Hebrew Congregation at 8:30 am

Cost: $18 per person (payment required in advance to United Hebrew Congregation)

RSVP: The program is currently full.  If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please e-mail April Hickman.

The event is open to all Jewish seniors in the St. Louis Region.

This program is made possible through a grant from The Nathan Kahn-Ernestine Kahn-Charles Kahn Foundation of Congregation Temple Israel.
