Stitch & a Prayer Crochet and Knitting Group

Tuesdays in the Kaplansky Center | 1 p.m.

Crochet or knit a Blessing Blanket for congregants in need of healing, scarves for the homeless, and other charitable projects while enjoying the friendship of others.

UH Women’s Group (age 45–65)

Looking for new friendships and a fresh way to connect to the UH community? This group is for you. Members meet monthly, alternating between social gatherings and volunteer opportunities — a simple rhythm that makes it easy to show up and get involved.

UH Men’s Group

Retirement looks different for everyone — and navigating it is easier with people who get it.

UH men 50 and older meet monthly to talk through the real stuff: finances, health, staying active, caring for aging parents, and making the most of what’s ahead. Every other meeting is topical; the rest are social. Volunteer opportunities are also in the works.

UH Prime Timers

If you are an active single senior UH member 65 or older, please join us for “UH Prime Timers”.  We have fun, socialize, and enjoy the companionship of both new and familiar friends.
