Judith Newmark’s first theater experiences were all at the Muny, sitting in the free seats on her father’s lap – and that hooked her. She kept going there, and to other theaters, on her own and for “work” (as they call it) during her 23 years as the Post-Dispatch theater critic. Since she retired from the Post, she continues to review at her blog, judyacttwo.com, and occasionally for the Jewish Light. Judith literally “wrote the book” on the Muny. It’s called “The Muny: Songs of St. Louis Summers” and makes a very nice Hanukkah gift. She is also a founder of the St. Louis Theater Circle, a critics’ organization that presents annual awards for professional St. Louis theater; you can read reviews from all the members on the Circle’s Facebook page. A graduate of University City High and Bryn Mawr College, Judith lives in Creve Coeur with her husband, Michael. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.

MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR THE IN-PERSON PROGRAM.

LUNCH—$10 each

We will be providing a grab and go boxed lunch from the Art of Catering for you to pick up after the program and take home with you or to pick up in the circle drive at United Hebrew from 12:15 p.m.—1:00 p.m.
You have your choice of:
Grilled Chicken Sandwich – on 9 Grain bread with Lettuce & Tarragon Mayo
Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwich – on 9 Grain bread with Lettuce & Durkee Mayo
Veggie Wrap – Herbed cream cheese, Avocado, Cucumber, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, American and Swiss cheese with Dill Mayo wrapped in a Flour Tortilla.
Gluten Free option – Citrus Salad comes with GF crackers and GF cookie.

All meals come with an Italian Salad, and Lemon Bar for dessert. 

If you are unable to pick up your meal, please let us know when placing your order

Orders must be placed by Friday, July 15 at 4:00 p.m. and be paid for in advance.
